Shipping Rates & Parcel Sizes

 


We use Courier Guy for all deliveries, including PUDO locker pickups. Shipping costs are based on parcel size:

 

 

 

 

Delivery Times

 

 

  • PUDO Locker / Small parcels: 1–3 business days depending on your location.

  • Standard / Door-to-Door parcels: 2–5 business days nationally.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

 

 

 

How PUDO Locker Delivery Works

 

 

  1. You’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  2. Your parcel will be delivered to a nearby PUDO locker (if selected at checkout).

  3. You have 48 hours to collect your package using the provided code.

  4. If the parcel is not collected in time, it will be returned to Tiripo, and reshipping may incur a fee.

 

 

 

 

Tracking Your Order

 

 

  • Every order comes with a tracking number.

  • You can track your delivery via Courier Guy or the link provided in your confirmation email.

 

 

 

 

Shipping Restrictions

 

 

  • We currently deliver within South Africa only.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct — Tiripo is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses.
